About Therapy
I help adults and teens who’ve been through difficult experiences or major life transitions and want to feel more grounded again. My approach is trauma-informed and EMDR-based, centered on processing the past, understanding patterns that no longer serve you, and building the tools to navigate what comes next.
Therapy with me is a space to feel supported, seen, and empowered as you move toward lasting change — at your own pace and in your own way.

Beginning Therapy

Starting something new can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step into therapy can be scary. Choosing to seek support is a courageous decision, and you won’t face it alone.
We move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on the areas of your life you decide need attention. My role is to guide and support you as your mind and heart lead the way. I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and transformation.

A Note for Teens

Being a teenager can be both exciting and challenging. This stage often brings confusion, frustration, and intense emotions. Therapy is a dedicated time to explore all of it. Here, you can be authentic and unfiltered. You are safe, welcomed, and encouraged to show up as yourself.

A Note for Parents

Parenting is hard, and it can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling. Seeking therapy for your teen is a meaningful gift—research shows it can lead to both short- and long-term benefits, including:

-
Greater resilience and coping skills
-
Improved outcomes in school and social settings
-
Lower risk of self-destructive behaviors
-
Reduced risk of mental health challenges in adulthood

Therapy offers kids and teens a safe, private, and supportive environment to process experiences, problem-solve, and reflect on themselves—a transformative step in navigating the challenges of growing up.
