I’m EMDR-trained and take a trauma-informed approach, often weaving in tools from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other creative strategies to support growth and balance. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, strengthening boundaries, and creating meaningful change that supports the life you want to live.​

Adolescent & Teen Online Therapy in Texas
The teen years can bring a mix of pressure, change, and uncertainty — and it’s not always easy to find the words for what’s going on. Therapy offers a safe space to slow down, make sense of emotions, and build tools for handling stress, relationships, and identity changes.
I work with teens (12+) who may be struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, family conflict, or the effects of trauma. Sessions are collaborative and adapted to each teen’s needs — sometimes that means talking, other times using creativity, mindfulness, or practical coping strategies to explore what feels most helpful. The goal is to help teens feel more confident, understood, and equipped to handle life’s ups and downs with greater self-awareness and resilience.

Coming Soon: Virtual Group Therapy in Texas
Group therapy offers a space to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. In a small, supportive setting, participants can share experiences, gain new perspectives, and explore healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
These groups can be especially meaningful for anyone looking to feel less alone, build confidence in expressing themselves, and grow through shared understanding and encouragement.
